Eco Club Interactive Demonstration

Eco Club Interactive Demonstration

ZH Architects believes in engaging children at a young age to educate that about the importance of sustainable building design and the consequences this holds for the environment.

On May 25th Stas Zakrzewski visited a local Elementary School and gave an interactive demonstration to the “Eco Club”.

To convey this message in a visual and relatable fashion, ZH Architects constructed a 1:20 sectional model and photographed it with an infra-red imaging camera. A heat source was placed in the model and it was tested with and without a removable insulation insert.

The resulting images were able to demonstrate the invisible importance of insulating a building.
