Offspring’s office provides the technical production space for a computer animation and design firm.

A sustainable office design was developed on a low budget by exposing as many existing surfaces as possible- the existing concrete floor was ground and polished instead of applying an additional finish flooring material. New ductwork and lighting were painted and left exposed and prefabricated desks made of recycled wood were attached to low-lying walls carrying power and data. The entire space was completed in four months.
