Tribeca Warehouse Conversion

New York, NY

Conversion of a five-story warehouse into a ten-story high-end residential condos.

This complex project involved converting an existing 16,650 sf warehouse to a a 26,440 sf mixed-use building. The purchase of development rights from four adjacent properties and light and air easements enabled us to increase square footage. 465 Washington Street has been transformed into gracious open-floor lofts with luxurious finishes sourced from Italy. The apartments are outfitted with custom Italian cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, Waterworks fixtures and Subzero/Wolf appliances. The historic cast iron façade was reinstated and a new accessible entry and lobby was design using traditional glass vault lights which are illuminated at night.
