This “almost” gut renovation of a Chelsea loft balanced cost and aesthetic carefully.

Working with Kristina at Rinaldi Design Inc, we selectively chose which areas required significant upgrades to meet NYC building code and those which could be addressed cosmetically. This strategy allowed us to stage the project, minimizing the time the client needed to vacant the space. This dark, cavernous space was transformed into a bright, vibrant space for this family of four and their dog.
